Licence

DigiXperience grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to install and use the Digi Formatting app on the Atlassian instances covered by your entitlement, for your own internal business purposes, strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

licence, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the app, or make it available to any third party;
modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works of the app, or reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of it;
remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notice, including any copyright or trademark notice;
circumvent or interfere with the app's licence verification, or use the app beyond the scope of your entitlement.

Ownership

DigiXperience retains all right, title and interest in and to the app, including all intellectual property rights in it. The app is licensed, not sold. You retain all rights in the content you create in your Atlassian products, including the text and settings you enter in the app's macros.

Atlassian Marketplace terms

All paid-via-Atlassian apps adhere to the Atlassian terms of use agreement. Purchase, billing, trials, renewal and refunds are handled by Atlassian under those terms.
